Emissions From a Phosphating Dip Line

Q. Can you direct me to a technical source for estimating emissions from a small phosphating dip line with a small evaporator for spent and neutralized wastewater?

A. The EPA has a 46 page guide which is part of AP-42. You can download it here. However, the equations used in the formulas are rather complex (based on chemical/mechanical engineering mass transport theory). If this is your field of expertise then this is what you are looking for, otherwise you may need to hire a consultant/engineer to assist you with the calculations. My degree is in chemical engineering so if you need to hire a consultant please consider us.
